apartments that all share one thing: you feel at home right away.
Ski areas, hiking trails and Lake Piburg are just minutes away. And when

When can I check in — and how do I get into the apartment?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. You'll receive all access details in good time before arrival — neatly prepared in our digital guest guide.
Does the ski bus stop nearby?
It couldn't be closer: the ski bus stops right outside our front door. The current timetable is available in your apartment and in the digital guest guide.
Where can I store skis, snowboards and bikes?
In our in-house ski room with boot heaters — store everything in the evening and start the day with warm, dry boots. There's space for bikes too. All further details are in the digital guest guide.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your four-legged friend is very welcome. We charge a pet fee of € 20 per night (max € 100 per stay) — simply add your pet when booking.
Which ski areas can I reach from Urlaubsplatzl?
The family ski area of Hochoetz is reached via the Acherkogelbahn cable car right in Oetz — the ski bus outside our front door takes you there. Kühtai is about 25 minutes away; Sölden and Gurgl are around half an hour up the valley.
How far is Lake Piburg?
Lake Piburg — one of Tyrol's warmest swimming lakes — lies just above Oetz: a leisurely hike on foot, or a few minutes by car.
What's the best way to get to Oetz in the Ötztal Valley?
By car, take the A12 Inntal motorway to the Ötztal exit — from there it's only a few minutes to Oetz. By train, travel to Ötztal railway station, where the bus takes you straight to Oetz.
What's included in the apartment?

How many people do the apartments sleep?
Our five apartments range from 40 to 110 m² and sleep 2 to 8 people — from the cosy Cosy for two to the spacious 360 with three bedrooms for families and groups.
