110 m² for up to eight guests: 360 is the largest holiday apartment in the house — two double bedrooms, a triple room and an extra bed add up to eight proper beds. On top of that a bathroom with bathtub and WC, another with bathtub and a separate WC. Large families, two befriended families or groups find room here without stepping on each other's toes.
The name says it all: from the furnished balcony, the view opens onto the Alps around Oetz. And when everyone wants to head out at once — the ski bus stops right outside the front door, the Acherkogelbahn takes you into the Hochoetz ski area, and in summer Lake Piburg is the destination for the late afternoon.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms — both with a bathtub — and a separate WC, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. With eight people that is exactly what counts: two bathrooms running at the same time. Bed linen and towels are ready for you, the WiFi runs at 550 Mbit/s, and on the smart TV you sign in with your own Netflix or Prime account. The ski room with boot heater, the bike room and the parking space belong to the house.
The location
Urlaubsplatzl sits quietly in the sun on Brunnfeldweg in Oetz — the gateway to the Ötztal Valley at 820 m altitude. The ski bus stops right outside the front door and takes you to the Acherkogelbahn cable car into the Hochoetz ski area; Sölden and Gurgl are around half an hour up the valley. In summer, Lake Piburg, hiking trails and the Ötztal bike region are minutes away, and the centre of Oetz is within walking distance.

What comes on top of the nightly rate for 360?
The final cleaning at a one-off € 120 and the statutory local tax of € 5 per person per night from the age of 15. From the fourth guest onwards there is a charge of € 15 per person per night, and a pet costs € 20 per night (a maximum of € 100 per stay). That is exactly what it is for. Eight people spread across three bedrooms, and with two bathrooms and a separate WC the mornings work too. If there are more than eight of you, on request we combine two apartments in the same house.
Do both bathrooms in 360 have a bathtub?
Yes, both — plus a separate WC. That is unique in the house: every other apartment has at most one tub.
