Small, smart and thought through to the last detail: Cosy is our snuggest holiday apartment in Oetz — around 40 m² for two to four guests. A double bedroom to settle in and sleep late, a double sofa bed in the living room for a third and fourth guest, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.
Mornings start with coffee on the furnished balcony overlooking the mountains of Oetz; evenings wind down in the fully equipped kitchen. The ski bus stops right outside the front door and takes you to the Acherkogelbahn cable car into the Hochoetz ski area — in summer, hikes and the trail to Lake Piburg start right at the house.

Where everyone sleeps
One double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room: two guests sleep in the bedroom, the third and fourth on the sofa bed. For children that is perfectly fine — for four adults over a whole week, less so. If all four of you want a real bed, Sky is the better fit: two double bedrooms, no sofa bed needed.
Who this apartment is for
Cosy is the smallest of our five apartments and therefore the cheapest. It is made for two: 40 m², one double bedroom, a furnished balcony, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. If you spend your days outside anyway and only want to arrive in the evening, you do not need a single square metre more. For three or four it works well when the extra guests are children. Two things to know beforehand: Cosy is the only apartment in the house without a bathtub, and from the third guest onwards there is a charge of € 15 per person per night.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction hob and a dishwasher — it is made for cooking, not just for the morning coffee. Bed linen and towels are ready for you, the WiFi runs at 550 Mbit/s, and on the smart TV you sign in with your own Netflix or Prime account. Downstairs there is a ski room with a boot heater and a bike room, and the parking space belongs to the house. All of it is included and costs nothing extra.
The location
Urlaubsplatzl sits quietly in the sun on Brunnfeldweg in Oetz — the gateway to the Ötztal Valley at 820 m altitude. The ski bus stops right outside the front door and takes you to the Acherkogelbahn cable car into the Hochoetz ski area; Sölden and Gurgl are around half an hour up the valley. In summer, Lake Piburg, hiking trails and the Ötztal bike region are minutes away, and the centre of Oetz is within walking distance.

Yes, your four-legged friend is welcome. We charge a pet fee of € 20 per night (max € 100 per stay) — simply add your pet when booking.
What is nearby?
The ski bus stops right outside the front door, the centre of Oetz with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, and Lake Piburg — one of Tyrol's warmest swimming lakes — lies just above the village.

Do four adults fit into Cosy?
On paper yes — the double sofa bed in the living room sleeps two, and for a weekend that works well. For a whole week we would point four adults to Sky: 75 m², two double bedrooms, everyone in a real bed.
Does Cosy have a bathtub?
No. Cosy is the only one of our five apartments with a shower only, plus a separate WC. Classy, Sky, Charmy and 360 all have a bathtub.
Can you cook properly in Cosy?
Yes, fully. The kitchen has an induction hob, a dishwasher and the equipment for real meals, not just breakfast. Shopping is done in the centre of Oetz, a few minutes' walk away.
